What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is typically 24–48 hours after inventory is received and ready for processing. Larger shipments, complex prep requirements, or peak-volume periods may require additional time. If additional processing time is needed, we'll communicate that with you.
Do you have a monthly minimum or a setup fee?
We believe in supporting growing sellers. We have no monthly minimums.
How do I send my inventory to you?
Inventory can be shipped directly to our Garland, Texas receiving location using UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, or another parcel carrier. Before shipping, submit your inbound shipment notification and provide tracking information so our team knows what inventory to expect.

What are the services you offer?
Price Point Prep provides eCommerce prep and fulfillment services for online sellers, wholesalers, private-label brands, and businesses shipping inventory to marketplaces or customers. Services include receiving, visual inspection, product labeling and relabeling, FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrapping, multipacks and bundling, repacking, expiration-date labeling, photo documentation, shipment preparation, returns processing, and outbound shipping.
We support Amazon FBA and other eCommerce fulfillment needs, with inventory managed through the Price Point Prep Client Portal for greater visibility throughout the prep and shipping process.
Do you require a minimum monthly volume?
We do not believe in penalizing growth. Price Point Prep does not have a minimum unit requirement. Whether you are a "Side-Hustle" pilot sender or an established brand, you receive the same attention to detail. Our onboarding is simple: once your account is approved, we issue your Initial-Date Account ID (e.g., 2604-JS) and you can begin shipping immediately.
What is included in your "Standard Prep" fee?
Our standard flat fee includes:
Receiving and basic visual inspection.
Item-level count verification.
Application of required product or marketplace labels, including Amazon FNSKU labels when applicable.
Secure packing into an outbound shipping carton.
Note: Polybagging, Bubble Wrap, and Bundling are available as low-cost add-ons.
Where can I find updated pricing?
We believe in supporting growing sellers. We have tiered pricing based on volume. You will also find our quote calculator which will help you plan your first shipment
Do you accept LTL (Pallet) shipments or only individual parcels?
Price Point Prep specializes in parcel-based receiving and does not currently accept pallet or LTL freight. We receive individual cartons shipped through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, and other parcel carriers.
If your supplier normally ships by pallet or LTL, ask whether they can ship your inventory as individual cartons instead.
Do you handle products with expiration dates?
Yes. We can inspect products for expiration dates and apply required expiration-date labels based on the applicable marketplace or fulfillment requirements. We do not accept hazardous materials (hazmat).
How can I track my inventory and shipments?
Price Point Prep uses its Client Portal to manage inventory, inbound shipments, prep requirements, shipment status, documentation, and marketplace integrations. Clients can log in to monitor their inventory and shipment activity throughout the fulfillment process.
Services & Compliance
How do you ensure my fragile or glass items won't break?
Fragile products can be individually protected using bubble wrap or other appropriate packaging based on the product and fulfillment requirements. For Amazon FBA inventory, we follow applicable Amazon packaging requirements for fragile products.
Do you offer long-term storage?
Short-term storage is available based on available capacity. Storage requirements and applicable fees are reviewed based on inventory volume and length of storage.
Is your storage facility climate-controlled?
Yes. All inventory is kept in a secured, temperature-controlled environment in Garland, TX, to ensure your products (and packaging) are protected from the Texas heat and humidity.
Logistics & Safety
How are shipping boxes handled?
To keep things simple, we charge a flat $2.00 fee for any standard shipping box used (Small, Medium, or Large). We always aim to use the fewest boxes possible to save you on inbound shipping costs.
Is my inventory insured while at your facility?
Price Point Prep maintains business liability coverage. Sellers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their inventory, particularly for high-value products.
What happens if my items arrive damaged from the supplier?
We visually inspect inbound cartons during receiving. If we identify visible damage, discrepancies, or other inventory concerns, we can document the issue with photos and notify you before proceeding with prep. Depending on your instructions, inventory may be held, prepped, returned, or otherwise handled as requested.
How do I notify Price Point Prep of my inbound shipment?
We keep things very simple. Submit arrival of items at portal.pricepointprep.com. We will make arrangements to receive and prep your goods.
