What is your standard turnaround time?
Our "Master Scheduler" workflow ensures most shipments are processed and ready for pickup within 24–48 hours of arrival at our Garland facility. High-complexity bundles or large wholesale shipments may require additional time, which we will communicate immediately.
Do you have a monthly minimum or a setup fee?
We believe in supporting growing sellers. We have no monthly minimums.
How do I send my inventory to you?
Once you sign up, we provide you with our specific Garland, TX delivery address. You can ship your Retail Arbitrage, Wholesale, or Private Label inventory directly to us.

We accept orders from online stores, wholesale distributors, and manufacturers. Its offered services include:
Secure Packing and Shipping: They carefully and securely pack your inventory and ship it to Amazon using the most cost-efficient method.
Secure Dashboard Login: Access a secure dashboard for easy management of your inventory and orders.
Inspection: Their team inspects your inventory to ensure quality and compliance with FBA standards.
FNSKU Labeling: They label your products with FNSKU labels, necessary for selling on Amazon.
Price Removal: They can remove price tags or stickers from your products.
Tape and Standard Polybag: They provide tape and standard polybags for packaging.
Shipment Creation: Prep Ninjas can create shipments to Amazon on your behalf.
Packing Boxes: They pack your items into boxes for shipment to Amazon.
Attaching Shipping Labels: They attach shipping labels to your boxes.
Carrier Pickup: They can arrange for carriers to pick up your shipments.
Do you require a minimum monthly volume?
We do not believe in penalizing growth. Price Point Prep does not have a minimum unit requirement. Whether you are a "Side-Hustle" pilot sender or an established brand, you receive the same attention to detail. Our onboarding is simple: once your account is approved, we issue your Initial-Date Account ID (e.g., 2604-JS) and you can begin shipping immediately.
What is included in your "Standard Prep" fee?
Our standard flat fee includes:
Receiving and basic visual inspection.
Item-level count verification.
Application of your Amazon FNSKU barcode.
Secure packing into an outbound shipping carton.
Note: Polybagging, Bubble Wrap, and Bundling are available as low-cost add-ons.
Where can I find updated pricing?
We believe in supporting growing sellers. We have tiered pricing based on volume. You will also find our quote calculator which will help you plan your first shipment
Do you accept LTL (Pallet) shipments or only individual parcels?
At Price Point Prep, we specialize in High-Velocity Parcel-Based Shipments (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and international carriers like Yanwen/UniUni). This allows us to maintain our industry-leading 24-48 hour turnaround times.
If your vendor requires a commercial loading dock for LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight, please contact us in advance. We can discuss our third-party receiving options or specialized dock scheduling to accommodate your larger shipments.
Do you handle products with expiration dates?
Yes. We specialize in most categories; however we do not handle hazmat merchandise. We inspect every unit for expiration dates and apply mandatory 36pt font expiration labels to ensure full Amazon compliance.
What software do you use for shipment creation?
We are fully integrated with 2DWorkflow. This allows for 100% box-level content accuracy, which eliminates Amazon inbound "placement" or "defect" fees for our clients.
Services & Compliance
How do you ensure my fragile or glass items won't break?
As a "Master Scheduler" led facility, we follow Amazon's rigorous 3-Foot Drop Test standard. Every fragile unit is individually wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap or placed in a six-sided protective box so that no part of the product is exposed. We also apply mandatory "Fragile" stickers to the exterior of shipping cartons to alert Amazon fulfillment associates.
Do you offer long-term storage?
Price Point Prep is a high-velocity fulfillment partner. We specialize in "Dock-to-Door" prep. While we provide 7 days of free storage for items currently in the prep queue, long-term storage is handled on a case-by-case basis depending on our current Secured Temperature-Controlled Capacity.
Is your storage facility climate-controlled?
Yes. All inventory is kept in a secured, temperature-controlled environment in Garland, TX, to ensure your products (and packaging) are protected from the Texas heat and humidity.
Logistics & Safety
How are shipping boxes handled?
To keep things simple, we charge a flat $3.50 fee for any standard shipping box used (Small, Medium, or Large). We always aim to use the fewest boxes possible to save you on inbound shipping costs.
Is my inventory insured while at your facility?
Price Point Prep maintains professional liability and warehouse insurance. However, as is industry standard, we recommend that sellers maintain their own "Inventory Floater" insurance for high-value goods.
What happens if my items arrive damaged from the supplier?
Upon receiving, we perform a visual inspection of every carton. If we find crushed boxes or leaking items, we immediately upload photos to your client portal and wait for your instructions. We can assist with "Return to Vendor" (RTV) shipments if you provide the prepaid shipping label.
How do I notify Price Point Prep of my inbound shipment?
We keep things very simple. Submit arrival of items at pricepointprep.com/new-shipment. We will make arrangements to receive and prep your goods.
